LU-531 food-safety detector

LU-531 food safety detector (two-functions) can be widely used to detect the content of nitrate and nitrite in the fruits and vegetables, as well as other solid and liquid food.
 
Principle
Colorimetric Analysis: it is based on the selective absorption to specifically wavelength light of the fuchsia compounds that created by the reaction of reagent and the nitrate, nitrite in the food. 

Characteristic
1. It adopts the national standard method to quantificationally detect the nitrate & nitrite content in the food;
2. It adopts SCM intelligent control, has the functions of measuring, setting, storing, printing and curve making and correcting, and with high automatization;
3. Big LCD, big data storage capacity, with interface for micro printer and RS-232 communication;
4. It can detect food sample without adding any apparatus by users, because this detectors are equipped with pre-processing equipments and full of reagent.
